Dunkin’ Donuts vs. Mister Donuts (Japan)
In favor of Dunkin’:
- DD actually owns it’s own coffee plantation in Columbia (or at least they did back the mid-90s)
- Cheaper
- More variations with rainbow sprinkles
- Combos
- Donut Holes (sic)
- The apostrophe in Dunkin’ rocks it
- Sometimes has booths or counter seating
In favor of Mister:
- There’s an actual picture of some old white guy (apparently “Mister Donut”) in every shop
- No blended fancy-pants crap-u-chino - just coffee and au lait
- Better old fashioned and filled varieties
- Free refills
- Good service (usually) with an actual smile (usually)
- Points system redeemable for MisDo goods
- Pretty much always cleaner than Dunkin’
